PROPERTY OWNERS - SDMBR can not be held liable for any costs connected with the inability to provide
the promised level of service for any reason outside our control. This is including, but not limed to service outages,
war, acts of God or negligence by others. Additionally SDMBR does not guarantee that this web site
will be available 24 hours per day.
SDMBR is NOT a licensed real estate broker in any location.
NOTICE TO ALL ADVERTISERS - CANCELLATION POLICY
All listings are for 12 months. Once your add is accepted and placed online there are NO REFUNDS.
REMOVING A PROPERTY - A listing may be inactivated for a temporary time period. However,
this will not change the original term, nor extend the renewal date.
TRANSFER A LISTING - If you sell your property you may transfer your listing to the new owner provided
that one of you pay a one time transfer fee. You may NOT sell your SDMBR listing.
SDMBR LISTINGS - are for a single property. If you sell your property and purchase another you
may modify your listing, however there will be a fee required to edit and/or update your listing.
PROPERTY OWNERS AND/OR AGENTS are responsible for adhering to all city, county and state laws.
This would include obtaining all required permits, licenses, payment of occupancy taxes and following all safety compliance
regulations. All ads must be considered by SDMBR to contain acceptable content.
SDMBR is the sole judge in determing if any of the above rules and regulations have been violated.
